All our silk fabric and dyeing materials have undergone rigorous testing by SGS, Intertek, and AI. These tests confirm that they are completely non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and pose no harm to the skin or overall health. Rest assured, our products are also safe for children.

We work with partner factories that specialize in creating custom labels using polyester or cotton materials. Additionally, we can provide hang tags made from paper or plastic materials. If you require brochures, we can also manufacture those for you.

Embroidery refers to the art of embellishing fabric or other materials by using a needle to stitch thread or yarn. This technique can also involve the incorporation of additional materials like pearls, beads, quills, and sequins.

There are three techniques available:

 

Printing: This includes digital printing and screen printing. Your logo or patterns are directly printed onto the fabric, which is then used to create the final products. This technique is ideal for custom bulk orders.

 

Embroidery: This technique is suitable for simple logos. It involves applying thread or yarn onto solid color fabric, and it can also incorporate other materials like pearls, beads, quills, and sequins.

 

Vinyl Printing: Vinyl printing utilizes heat transfer. A machine cuts out letters and designs from colored vinyl, which are then heat-pressed onto the fabric to transfer the color. This option is great for personalization, allowing you to add your own elements to the existing products we offer.

We offer various hemming styles for scarves, including hand-rolled, machine zig-zag, machine straight, machine imitated hand-rolled, fringe, tassel, and seamless double layer.

We will sign a Confidentiality Agreement before receiving your designs, and upon completion of the order, if you prefer, we will securely delete all your designs.

Due to variations in screen displays, we can achieve approximately 85%-90% color similarity if you provide only a digital print file. However, if you provide a Pantone color or a physical sample, we can achieve a color similarity of 90%-95%.

Your custom-made silk products are packaged individually in poly bags free of charge. If you require promotional gifts for companies, corporations, schools, clubs, or advertising purposes, we offer luxurious silk product envelopes or hard boxes with your logo printed or affixed to them (minimum quantity of 200/500pcs is required) for an additional fee. Upon request, we will place your silk products in the envelopes or boxes at no extra cost.

Tariff rates vary depending on the country, fabric, and specific products, making it difficult to provide an exact figure. Generally, tariffs range from 1% to 13%. The express service will assist with customs clearance, and you will only need to pay the tariff to the express company when they contact you. Rest assured, we will make efforts to declare a lower customs value to minimize the tariff.

To minimize the risk of damage during shipping, we take several precautions. All our silk products are carefully packed in waterproof bags or boxes, secured with adhesive tape. However, it is important to acknowledge that while these measures greatly reduce the chances of damage, they cannot guarantee 100% safety since we have no control over how the delivery personnel handle the parcels.

 

To ensure we are not held responsible for any shipping mishaps, we kindly request your cooperation with the following guidelines:

 

1) Upon receiving the package, please thoroughly inspect its condition. Check if the outer packaging is intact and if the inner silk products are well-packed, dry, and clean. If any issues are detected, we urge you to refuse signing for the parcel and promptly contact us.

 

2) In cases where the parcel must be signed for before opening, we advise you to sign for it in the presence of the courier. Then, carefully open the package and conduct a thorough examination of its contents. If everything appears to be in good order, you may proceed to provide the receipt to the courier. However, if any problems arise, please take clear photographs of the package, products, and shipping documentation. Show the issue to the courier and immediately get in touch with us.
